Herbal Walks 

If you want to learn more about medicinal plants whilst getting outdoors, why not join me for a herbal walk?

These sessions can booked for a group, or join in with a public session. Many of the workshops I deliver also include a walk and forage for medicinal herbs.

Events - Story-Tea

I also work collaboratively with performance storyteller Pyn Stockman, where tales,  & folklore, tradition & science & herbal brews intertwine. Working together we run events, gatherings, workshops and performances under the banner Story-Tea.

Recent performances included Mid-Summer Brew and Wild Woods Brew which took place across the Midlands, England. We are currently working on our 2026 offer - message for more details.

Events - Unwind and Heal

Unwind and Heal is a collaborative project with Yoga tutor Emma Blunston. These workshops and events combine Yoga and herbal medicine to support overall health and well-being.
