About Me
Originally trained in the arts I had a career as both a freelance artist as well as a in Arts Education. After my family grew up I later retrained in Western Herbal Medicine after a life long interest in plants, plant medicine and health. I graduated from the Betonica School of Herbal Medicine and am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, the largest body of professional medical herbalists in the UK which has operated since 1864.

I am passionate about health, well-being and education and run a range of practical workshops on how to easily integrate herbs into everyday life. I am also the founder and owner of Queen of Camellias Tea Company, committed to selling excellent quality loose leaf tea and herbal teas grown using organic methods.

Living in towns and cities we can become disconnected from nature; herbal medicine is a way of connecting with the plants. I feel privileged to be in a situation where I work with both plants and people and I am keen to share my love of plants and medicine with you on your journey to better health.
