Spring Tonic - Herbal Medicine Making Workshop

Join me this spring for a nourishing journey into herbal wellness.

We’ll begin with a walk around the beautiful surroundings of The Fold, where you’ll learn to identify and gather medicinal plants growing along the lanes and hedgerows of the organic farm. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your connection with the seasonal plants and discover their traditional uses.

Following our walk, we’ll move into a hands-on herbal medicine-making session. You’ll learn how to work with these plants safely and effectively as we create a selection of remedies together, including a herbal tea, a spring tonic, and a seasonal herbal remedy.

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to enjoy a variety of herbal teas.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home the remedies you’ve made, along with the recipes and guidance needed to confidently recreate them yourself.
